Serving San Diego and it’s waters since 2013.

The crew at Shelter Island Inflatables come from all over the world.

From Australia to Texas and with backgrounds ranging from the US Marines, fabrication, automotive, beer brewing, fishing, to construction - our mutual respect for the sea and the vessels that sail it brought us all to SII. We are inspired by our love for the water and the world of adventure it has to offer. We know how important it is to have the right vessel for however you take on the ocean.

Dan Brown

MANAGER
A true waterman at heart, Dans been exploring the waters of San Diego since before he could swim. His passion and respect for the sea brought him to SII. When he’s not helping others in the showroom, you can find him fishing, flying, or floating, and spending time with his family.
Chris Davidson

RIGGING TECHNICIAN
Chris joins the crew all the way from Australia. He not only brings over 30 years experience in the marine industry, but great camaraderie, dedication and a positive attitude to the crew. An avid yachtsman by nature, when he’s not at SII, you can find him out sailing and spending time with his family.
Wade Garza

LEAD RIGGING TECHNICIAN
Originally from Catalina Island and with vast experience in automotives, Wades love for the ocean and motorsports brought him to SII. Wade brings enthusiasm and pride to his work at SII and loves being apart of the boating community here in San Diego. When he’s not rigging, Wade is catching the beach sunsets with friends and smiling faces.
Kim Hoffman

SHOWROOM SALES ASSISTANT
Originally from Texas, Kim’s love for living by the sea brought her to San Diego and her joy of working with a great team is why she chose SII. When she’s not expanding her maritime knowledge, Kim is biking, caring for her dogs and dabbling in photography.
Gideon Jobson

SALES ASSOCIATE
A San Diego native, Gideon’s experience ranges from IT support to deckhand and marine services. Gideon’s appreciation for the pragmatic nature of boating and SII’s embodiment of it brought him to the crew. When he’s not in the showroom, you can find Gideon golfing, fishing or BBQing.
Matt Zito

SERVICE AND REPAIR MANAGER
Originally from Johnston, RI, Matt served as a United States Marine in the air wing as an air frame and power plant mechanic. Matt’s pursuit of expanding his knowledge in a new industry and becoming a more skilled technician was the driving force behind joining the SII (and SD being an beach town was a just a bonus). Outside of SII, you can find Matt in the mountains with his family - cooking, baking and relaxing.
